Accommodation rates conditions:
- All rate above are per night per villa; Published Rate subject to 21% VAT & Service Charges: Internet rates is net includes 21% Government tax and service charges
- A maximum of two adults is recommended for each bedroom in the villa
- 3rd person of child under 12 years old, share with parent using existing bed at additional US $50 / child / night included breakfast. An extra bed is not recommended in villa for guests convenience.

- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate
